RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you aren't pleased, you can return any unchanged and unaltered fine jewelry item in its original condition for a refund or exchange within 30 days of its purchase through our simple, hassle-free return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customized or engraved jewelry cannot be returned.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your fine jewelry purchase, you have 30 days from date of receipt to obtain an RAC Number and return the item to us. Receiving RAC number alone doesn't mean that the item can be returned after 30 days. The Warehouse must receive the item within 30 days of original delivery date in order to receive a full refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received, Banvari’s Quality Assurance department will review it. You will receive e-mail notification regarding your return or exchange within seven business days.
Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized or altered (by a jeweler other than Banvari), engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted or processed for return.
